Marketing Executive

Part-time role

Oxford and Cambridge Tutors is a dynamic and fast-growing company dedicated to providing our clients with a high-touch and personalised tutoring service. We are looking to recruit an experienced marketing executive who would enjoy working part-time helping to grow our business by overseeing our marketing activities.

The ideal candidate will have experience running marketing campaigns across multiple channels, devising marketing strategies, and managing a small team. Familiarity with social media and software such as Mailchimp would be necessary, and a working knowledge of Google Ads, WordPress and the Microsoft Office Suite would be a plus. This role comes with a competitive remuneration package and company bonus scheme.

Job description

  • Build on our current marketing practices to devise and oversee the implementation of a n annual Marketing Strategy Plan

  • Facilitate the creation of Mailchimp email journeys to ensure Oxford and Cambridge Tutors’ clients receive professional, relevant and engaging content

  • Correspond with our University and Educational Consultants about upcoming campaigns

  • Guide the team in producing content for social media platforms using software such as Canva

  • Align marketing campaigns with website content, keeping the website up-to-date with the latest campaign focuses and themes

  • Manage the marketing budget and use it to raise the profile of Oxford and Cambridge Tutors and our Programmes, Events and Services

Location and work pattern

  • Hybrid and flexible working is possible, with some time spent in our Summertown office each week
