This role is a temporary contract covering the peak of the Oxbridge season (until mid-December). The successful applicant will work on a variety of exciting projects, and receive on-the-job training. With the team being relatively small and dynamic, there will also be opportunities for being proactive, showing initiative, and taking the lead from time to time. Gain insight and experience in the running of an SME

Organise and administer our Mock Interview Day Bursary Programme, liaising with students, teacher referees and tutors, and devising the timetable for over 100 free mock interviews

Liaise with clients on the phone or online about their children’s progress, and organise whatever is necessary to provide an excellent client experience

Event management: Ensure the smooth-running of our larger events such as the Admissions Test Weekends and Mock Interview Days

Help to design and implement creative marketing campaigns

Data collection and analysis, automation and coding

Get involved in presenting our free University Webinars, writing articles for the website, and editing and updating the Schools Portal

Option of tutoring in your specialist subject, and helping with University admissions support, including Personal Statement guidance, Admissions Test preparation and Mock Interviews

Based at our offices in Summertown, Oxford

Occasional evening and weekend work during events, for which time off in lieu will be given
